Purposes and duration of the processing

Legal basis

Like all websites, RiD acquires some personal data implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The request for services or access to content offered by the site (e.g. request to receive newsletters, promotional material and information or to leave comments) requires the processing of personal data provided by the user/visitor in an optional, explicit and voluntary manner (such as name and address of the applicant).

The duration of the processing is strictly necessary to provide the requested service.

Those data are processed with the explicit consent of the data subject party collected through specific forms and the data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to respond to user requests.

Data processing for purposes related to legal obligations or as a result of a justified and lawful request by competent authorities.

The processing in these cases derives from a legal obligation and the provision of this type of data is mandatory.
